i have been trying to send a couple of logs all day but Autels server is down AGAIN how can we help them when they cant even accept our logs!!!!!!!!

For me, it shows sent, but they haven't responded to my last reply. Unless it didn't and received no "request failed" message?

mine sent a few days ago no confirmation and no fix.!!!

but if it says sent you can only presume it has.
